What helped me get through Lockdown

Well, the times were tough not only for me, but for everyone else around the world since the spread of 'Covid-19' was everywhere and we all were locked inside our homes. We had to keep ourselves busy in order to survive the lockdown.

These are the few things that helped me get through lockdown 2020...

 Music

Music plays an important role altogether through out my lockdown survival. I used to listen to music when I woke up and while I was about to sleep.

Doodling and Art

I started making doodle designs in lockdown. This was one thing which I had not done before, and I found out that I enjoy doing it.

Such a cute and creative art form :))

I also made some arts using different kinds of pastels, an made some geometric arts as well. It was a fun experience too. :)

Exercise

Exercise and meditation are a must to keep mind and body fit. I used to take brisk walks and exercise and also meditate sometimes. And it actually helped me relieve stress.

Singing

Singing is one of those things that I'm passionate about since childhood. I sang songs and recorded few and made covers of them. <3

Calling up friends and family

Well, since we all were free and in our homes, it was the best time to reach out to old friends and family and check on them :)) I connected with them through video calls, since we could not go and meet them.

Thanks to video calling :D

Cooking

Cooking has also helped me a lot. I learnt a few new dishes, and they turned out yumm. ;)
And I also decluttered my room space and living space and organized them back.

So, thats's about the things which helped me through the pandemic :)

Let me know what helped you through the pandemic and what things kept you sane during these tough times in the comments.
I would be happy to read your experiences and the ways you got through this. :)

Thanks for reading! Good day :)
